In 2017, that belief brought PDFSimpli to life — to solve a problem so many professionals and businesses faced: spending too much time wrestling with documents instead of focusing on what truly matters.

By 2021, the platform had scaled, offering new capabilities like digital signatures (SignSimpli) and smart forms (LegalSimpli). What began as a legal-focused solution quickly expanded into something more. WorkSimpli Software was born—a broader platform with a unified mission: make document management simplistic, seamless and scalable.
In 2024, we launched our AI-powered language translator, another step in simplifying work by removing global language barriers and empowering users to work and communicate efficiently anywhere they live.

Sean has always dreamed of building something of his own. His journey took a pivotal turn when he relocated to Puerto Rico for a role at a major tech company. Captivated by the island’s culture and community, Sean quickly put down roots and transformed his vision into reality—founding his own startup, alongside Varun Pathak (Head Of Engineering) and Jordan Iversen (Design).
